China Grove Municipal Court
The city held its first municipal court session in May of 2007. The court is set up as a "Court of Record." Court office hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
A defendant may pay a fine, make a payment on an extension, or request the driving safety course during those hours on or before their court appearance date. DO NOT TAKE THE DRIVER SAFETY COURSE UNTIL YOU HAVE CONTACTED THE COURT OFFICE.

Dress Code for appearance in Municipal Court is No Shorts, No Tank Tops, No Flip-Flops or any other inappropriate dress.
